A solid Souls-like Metroidvania with a beautiful grayscale aesthetic and simple yet challenging gameplay. Combat is fast paced with no pause, but with item management and stamina it can feel clumsy.

An impressive steampunk dungeon crawler from a small dev team. Quality storytelling and great atmosphere make it worth trying. Gameplay is good, but the puzzles and secrets could use more variety.

A fun story driven FPS RPG with a lot of room for improvement. The game is beautiful with with an overall great narrative driven story, however, some key characters and features feel underdeveloped.

An excellent pixel RPG with an even split of 1/3 puzzles, 1/3 action and 1/3 platformer. The puzzles and platforming will annoy some. Story really picks up about midway through.

Bloodstained is a fantastic Metroidvania with few flaws. Combat is fun and addictive with a wide array of weapons and skills to choose from. The map is huge and it's easy to get lost in it.

A cult hit action RPG that still holds up quite well today. The story and world building are excellent. A bit rushed and unpolished, especially near the end, but overall a very enjoyable ride.

EA Review: While EoE looks very promising it has a long way to go. Chapter 1 is around 6-8~ hours with some addional side quests. Worth following to see how it develops.
