A strategy Rogue-like Hybrid set in space. A bit like FTL but you can manage a fleet! It has persistant ship upgrades between playthroughs!

Unlock the characters you meet in-game as starting characters. New game modes that change the dungeon as well. Cool in-world lore unlocks. Amazing game.

*Game was provided by dev* Perma-death, or just arcade mechanics? Hard to say, but it's pretty fun! Unlock new modes and "characters" (cars) over time.

In One Way Heroics you unlock new perks and classes to choose from, and it even lets you stash equipment for future runs. Not your normal JRPG!

2 modes, a progression mode where you collect diamonds and unlock new items and upgrades, and a hardcore mode with no saves but all unlocks.

Like the first, you can unlock more items to randomly find, and new characters. Even more stuff, but the pixel filter may annoy some.

Deckbuilding combat. RPG exploration. An amazing hybrid! A little Mobile-y, but not annoyingly so. Can buy new characters with coins after each run.

You can save money from round to round, eventually saving up to buy items and other bonuses!

Death isn't quick to find you in this game but if you do, you restart. Random NPCs and puzzles, but you keep your recipe book!

Funky art style but it works. Fun action game with permadeath + random starting items. You can unlock later level starting checkpoints. Branching paths!
