You play as Red Riding Hood, 8 years after her original tale, raised by the Huntsman who cut her from the wolf. When he leaves one morning and does not return, Red sets out on an epic journey to find him.

Discover an incredible cast of characters, villains, and creatures where factions shift, NPCs remember, and events unfold with or without you. How you play, interact, and survive encounters changes their behaviors. Some may be grateful. Others may seek revenge.

Whether you choose to end the lives of defeated enemies or spare them, it shapes who Red becomes and how her character plays. Players who fight with honor will grow to become a dangerous hero, while players who kill mercilessly will literally watch Red’s attacks and behaviors become more violent and savage as she descends into darkness.

Early in the game, Red receives a mysterious amulet from the Fairy Godmother to protect her from lethal damage. As you progress, the amulet reveals new abilities. Connect threads between characters and objects to influence their actions. Imbue your weapons and items, and use thread tethers to unlock unique traversal.
