The gameplay focuses on player freedom: switch firing modes on certain weapons to adapt to different situations, and change ammunition types in real time to gain more advanced control in the heat of combat. Choose between automatic and semi-automatic weapons, adapting your combat style to every situation.

Tactical options are always within reach – a flexible cover system allows you to approach every encounter in your own style, while vehicle destruction adds an extra layer of realism and intensity. On top of that, the lockpicking system lets you steal cars discreetly, avoiding the attention of both police and bystanders. But be careful: civilians act as witnesses, reporting your crimes to the police, who will then hunt you down. All of this can be experienced from either third-person or first-person perspective, depending on how you prefer to immerse yourself in the action.

For survival, a sophisticated layering system allows you to use consumables at any moment without interrupting the flow of combat. Advanced physics make every interaction with the environment and AI unpredictable and unique. Meanwhile, the dynamic glass-shattering system, based on impact, adds spectacular visual details and credibility to each action scene.

Another defining feature is the advanced dialogue system, which lets you choose the attitude with which you respond to characters around you – whether friendly or threatening – influencing how they react to you. Every line of dialogue, whether during runtime or cinematic sequences, is fully translated into 35 languages, complete with voice acting and subtitles, so players can experience every emotion at the highest level. The interface itself is also localized, ensuring the most familiar and seamless experience possible worldwide.

The game’s universe is inspired by the urban atmosphere of the late 1950s – a vibrant metropolis full of life and contrast, where crowded cityscapes intertwine with quieter natural areas.
