Blêktre 2081 is a real-life simulator designed to be unfair.

You are a penniless migrant. Beg, steal, or beat up the poor to serve the higher interests of society©®. Climb the ranks: invest, grow your businesses, and ride the snowball effect where money attracts more money.

In this vision of a decaying world, happiness is measured by owning a state-of-the-art portable air conditioner. Build your home, your businesses, your prestige, and your fortune until you become the mayor of the city and enforce your own laws. In Blêktre 2081, every role — mayor, police officer, dealer, DJ, shopkeeper… — is permanently held by a player until replaced by another.

The entire city operates as a living organism where every player is a vital cog in the machine, and it is this radical design that makes the game fundamentally unfair.

The demo gives access to the full game, but without a visa. If the current player-mayor decides to make the visa-less illegal, player-police officers will be able to arrest you. Escape them, prosper anyway, and one day take their place to change the laws in your favor !
