1. AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and Eduardo de Sousa Fernandes (hereinafter referred to as "HyenaQuest" or "Developer") regarding the use of the video game Delivery & Beyond ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to this Agreement, the Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use on a single account.

3. RESTRICTIONS (DO NOT STEAL)
You agree that you will NOT:

• Resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game or any portion of it.
  
• Redistribute the Game, its executable files, or its code on any other platform, website, or service.
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game for the purpose of creating a competing product, copying the game's source code, or repackaging the Game for resale.
  
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings within the Game.

4. MODDING
You are permitted to create and share modifications ("Mods") for the Game, provided that:

• Your Mods are distributed freely and not sold for profit.
  
• Your Mods do not contain the Game's executable files (.exe) or complete source code.
  
• You comply with the official Modding Guidelines provided by the Developer.

5. OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed, not sold. Eduardo de Sousa Fernandes (HyenaQuest) retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all copyrights, trademarks, code, assets, and other intellectual property.

6. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Game. It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game.
